UK Head Start Programme

Explore the world of financial services and experience what working at HSBC is like on this seven-day paid programme.

You’ll learn about our main business lines, interact with graduates and senior leaders, as well as gain a general understanding of our culture and values.

The programme starts with four virtual sessions which aim to demystify the world of banking and explain how our four core business lines operate. This is followed by three days on-site in one of our offices, where you’ll be aligned to a selected business line, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of what life might be like as a graduate or intern.

The programme runs in July. Applicants must be available to attend each day of the programme and be willing to travel to Birmingham, London or Sheffield for 3 days for the in-person work experience.
